1. What does a typical ARX Workout look like?

ARX uses adaptive resistance, meaning the machines can never give you more than you can handle. Your trainer will create a custom program for you that will focus on major compound movements, targeting multiple muscle groups at once. Every workout is a maximum of 30 minutes in length and your trainer will take you through a warm-up, 4-6 movements on the ARX machines, followed by a nice, relaxing stretch.

You will always work with a trainer in a private studio.

2. I haven’t worked out in a while, is ARX safe for me?

Yes! ARX is one of the safest forms of exercise, regardless of your current fitness level. You will always work with an ARX Trainer who will monitor your form and range of motion. ARX adapts to you, meaning the machines never give you more than you can handle.

3. I have issues with ___, can I still benefit from ARX?

Absolutely. ARX technology is used by physical therapists and athletic trainers to treat a wide variety of mobility issues. Your ARX trainer will work with you to ensure that you get the best workout possible!

4. I’m pregnant, can I still use ARX?

Physical activity is recommended for pregnant women in order to combat excessive weight gain, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and to promote an easier labour and fetal development.

Prior to engaging in a strength training program, we suggest that you seek approval from your medical professional. ARX is able to work around the special considerations for pregnant woman and your ARX Trainer will build a program that will encourage a full-body workout while ensuring that you and your baby are safe.

9. What is ARX all about?

ARX is an acronym for Adaptive Resistance Exercise.  ARX Fit Studios was founded to bring this form of technology to the masses.  In terms of effectiveness, efficiency, safety and quantification, there is nothing else in the exercise industry that can match all these attributes at the same time.

Our mission is:

“To scientifically eliminate the myth that physical fitness and
total body well-being are achievable only through the quantity of time spent.“

We are achieving that goal one client at a time.

As with any new leading technology, it is often the case in which supply drives demand and not the other way around. ARX Fit Studios is supplying a revolution in exercise stimulation to you.
